So the end of week two has arrived and week three begins. Today has been a day of mixed emotions......Happy that I've lost weight and feeling better but disappointed that it wasn't more than I hoped.
To be honest(and not excuses) I haven't trained as much due to the weather.......the thought of getting soaked through just doesn't appeal to me,I did all that playing rugby back in the day!
Anyway,today is a new week,25% of eight week plan completed. Food prepped for next two days,more protein ordered from PAS today(thanks Non for the HUGE discount ;-)) so time to focus on the exercise!!
Plan this week is to step up the exercise and maintain my eating and hopefully that should push me on to drop some more weight by next Wednesday.
Lastly I'd like to thank you guys for your support(you know who you are) and I'll see you at the finish line!!
