Early start today,hectic day in work and to be honest I didn't eat as well as I should. I'm not saying I ate unhealthy,far from it,I did however miss meals.......I know I know,shame in me,shame on m my family!!
Meal one-PAS protein fuelled 5 a day smoothie.
Meal two-whole meal bagel with peanut butter
Meal three-Banana
Meal four-chicken breast fillets with sweet potato fries.
Meal five-handful of nuts.
Apart from that it's been a good day. It was great to finally get my Proteincard goodie box through the door. Like I said the other day I paid £30 for a yearly membership and straight away saved £49.99 on Sci-Mx diet protein.
Plenty of good advice in the goodie box which made great reading during this evenings BBQ.
Day off tomorrow so I get to hit the Tarmac followed by weights and punchbag.......might even squeeze in a bike ride if I get the chance.......I say get the chance when actually I've got zero plans!!
Amyway weight in on monday so must stay focused and not sit in front of the TV and watch 12 hours of commonwealth games 7s rugby otherwise I'll be looking for the Pringles!!
Talking of commonwealth games........anyone heard Non on the mic yet??
