So another week passes by at a rate of knots!!
Tomorrow I will be 35 days into Nons 8 week plan.......21 days to go to lose 24 lbs to reach my first goal of 17 stone.
So tomorrow's weigh in is vital to chip away the last 24lbs.
For some reason I'm not holding my breath......just don't feel I've lost.
Week 5 has been 100% on the money,eating well,correctly and exercise 5 out the 7 days.
Will I be disappointed with a small loss-YES,will it bother me-NO.
Now I know I've said this before but I'll say it again.....the lifestyle change is more rewarding than the weight loss!
So onto today,day off,5km walk done,knee played up a bit,hasn't been like that since Operation Desert Storm back in 1991...........I was playing rugby for my school at the time ;-),punchbag battered and various in house exercises as well.
Protein shake and ham bagel with grapes after workout,chicken breast with ham for lunch,banana at 3pm,Hache steak for tea then a snack before bed.
Big delivery from Musclefood today.......25 chicken breasts,hache steaks,fillet steak,nuts and a free bag of chicken protein crisps(wonder what they will taste like!!).
Gotta go now,I'll let you know the weigh in results in tomorrow's blog!
