The morning after a cheat meal is never as good as the meal itself. Now by now you'd think I'd learnt my lesson and not weigh in the morning after.
Why....? Well because everytime I do I see I've piled pounds on and that gets me in a mood and all the hard work I've done and progress I've made goes out the window.
So it might only be a few pounds but it really has a negative effect on me.
So what do I do.......rather than go for a walk I decided to hit the bike and go for a ride as the weather was looking pretty damn good!
So off I set from Beddau(not forgetting to get some PAS phase three down me and some Musclefood protein flapjacks for the journey) and made my way down the cycle path.
90 minutes later I arrive here.......
The ride was superb and the scenery even better.
Granted,the journey was mostly flat or downhill but it certainly tested me and was great to see how much I could push myself.
After a break,rehydrated and protein bar down me I headed home for the uphill ride back to Beddau.
Luckily help was on hand.........
