So week three comes and goes. Must say they've flown by,must be a sign that I'm enjoining what I'm doing.
Before I continue,a big thanks for the support I'm getting from Non Evans,Non Evans Diet Girl,PAS and all my friends(you know who you are) for just being there with bags of encouragement.
So early morning punchbag session today(day off work) followed by the weigh in.........and the result was 5lbs lost this week bring my total to a healthy 20lbs in 21 days.
To be honest I wasn't happy,I was ecstatic!!!
It's amazing how much of a buzz you get just by standing on a scale!!
So to celebrate I ate.......the usual!! Protein shake and banana,toasted ham bagel with grapes,nuts for snacks and toasted peanut butter bagel with ham on the side and also chunks of chicken throughout the day.
A lot of people have been commenting on how much I'm eating......as Non would say "grazing is the way forward" and right it is too!
So onto week four,stepping up the exercise as I'm really starting to feel the weight loss........just under 10kg is a fair bit to lose,think I've been carrying thr around 24/7!!
Finally,to all others currently doing Nons eight week plan or thinking of doing it...........DO IT.....the support is there and even that I'm only 21 days in,I'd like to think I can help with any doubters out there.
