It's nice to have a change in the weather at last! Ok it's not quite Hawaii but at least it's dry.
Three good fast hard walks in last three days with 20 minute punchbag session and exercises from Nons plan has meant I've been pushing 90-120 minute sessions......and it feels great!
After yesterday's meals of protein shake(still finishing the Maximuscle then into PAS),banana,ham bagel with grapes(pictured above),another banana,homemade chicken curry(more chicken than sauce) and another shake before bed.
Today has started the same,protein shake after workout,banana,chicken for lunch at 1pm then toasted ham bagel for evening meal.
Week five weigh in on Wednesday,after no loss this week I'm hoping I get closer to my two stone target by 1st March then drop another 14lbs before my 40th birthday on 17th March.
Keep the food the same,up the exercise and hopefully I will get there......after all there's a pint and a T shirt riding on this isn't there Non!!
Finally good luck to Non Diet Girl in her last few days of her eight week plan. I'll be all alone now unless there's others out there who want to say hi and support each other.
