As the weekend fast approaches,this one will be the biggest challenge to date. I've actually got the weekend off.......one part of me screams "hooray" as it gives me the chance to increase the exercise I so desperately need to do but this weekend brings with it IRELAND V WALES and friends 40th birthday party,all on Saturday.
Now I haven't had a treat,lager,crisps,anything like that since I started Nons eight week plan fifteen days ago.
Part of me says "go enjoy yourself" but another part of me feels guilty that the work I've done and what I've achieved could unravel in an instant!! It puts me in a dilemma about what to do.
In the mean time I continue to eat well,prepping daily meals the night before. I've had to lay off the walking the last two days due to pain in back of ankles and front of shins.......recommend anything Non??
Good news is that It's feeling better this morning so big exercise sessions planned Friday evening,Saturday morning and obviously Sunday morning to rid my body of what(if any) damage I cause with my beer on Saturday!
