Early start on day three with a 5.5km walk done by 8am..........think I burnt my neck in the early morning sun,must remember sun cream!
Then it was back in the garden for some weights and punchbag before the sun sneaks around the side of the house and gives me more UV grief!!
Struggled a bit with the weights after the walk,I did read somewhere that if you drink iced water before walk/run in hot weather you can increase performance by 23%........I'll give it a go next time.
So after my early morning session it was "food for the day" time!!
Meal one-PAS phase three shake.
Meal two-toasted ham bagel with almonds
Meal three- banana and grapes
Meal four-mango and chilli chicken breats fillets with sweet potato mash.
Meal five-handful of nuts and grapes.
Meal six-another PAS shake.
I will admit I was feeling tired this evening during work,guessing between a combination of big workout in the morning and a lot of physical work in the workplace in the afternoon caught up with me but it's good to push yourself!
Trying to get some more vitamins down me tomorrow so I'm going to use PAS with a homemade fruit smoothie........I'll share the results with you all tomorrow.
