After finally coming down from my high of losing 11lbs in my first week(about 7pm) I thought I'd get into today's blog.
Meal 1-shredded wheat with protein shake.
Meal 2-whole meal ham bagel.
Meal 3-root mash with ham and pastachios.
Meal 4-handful of seeds and nuts.
Meal 5-spicy nandos chicken breast,peanut butter bagel and banana.
Meal 6-protein shake.
Exercise-rest day.
After work I got home,butterflied 5 chicken breasts,coated them in nandos run and threw them on the George(foreman),cooked and ready for tomorrow.
Alarm clock set for 7am to hit the Tarmac for a four mile walk before cooking turkey bolognese in the slow cooker ready for tomorrow evenings meal.
Day off work tomorrow that is filled with chores to keep me busy......oh and hoping to catch Leigh Halfpenny,Toby Faletau,Justin Tipuric and George North to get my Groggs signed.
I've decided that every 14lbs I lose I will treat myself to a new Grogg......I'm blaming Non for my dwindling bank account when that happens!
