Without harping on about what's happened,how much weight I've put on,why have a fallen off my lifestyle wagon etc,I'm back in the zone as from today so the next 8 weeks I'll be boring you with photos of food,walks,weights and fun stuff like that!!
Today's menu started off with PAS Phase 3 protein shake(by the way PAS,I'm about to run out so feel free to send me someone and that new hydrating drink you are doing and in return I'll love you forever!!) at 7am followed by peanut butter whole meal bagel and nuts. Lunch was sweet potato mash with ham and a banana. More nuts at 3pm and then for dinner was a small Musclefood rump steak which was absolutely stunning!
Keeping busy so I don't crave anything this evening,I cut the lawns then went on a 6km walk to get back to it!!
Day off tomorrow so it's walk,weights and punchbag in the sun followed by a shop for my healthy supplies!!
Finally I just want to say welcome to a good old mate of mine Dave who starts Nons plan today.
So as you know I love a competition which means I'm going to go head to head with him to see if I can keep up with his loss!!
Also great to see @nonevansdietgirl back in action too!!!
With 7 weeks to go until my Ty Hafan 52 mile bike ride,getting my mojo back couldn't have come at a better time!
