I promise this blog is more upbeat than the last two!
Good day again on the food,it's become the norm now rather than feeling like a routine.
Today's delights consisted of-
Protein shake and banana
Cod loin and sweet mash
Pastachios and almonds
Nandos spiced chicken breast
Ham bagel
Protein shake and grapes
........not all at once mind you!
Hoping for a break in the weather otherwise it's another session on the punchbag in the garage.
Weigh in tomorrow morning,not confident of a good loss but what's more appealing with Nons eight week plan is the lifestyle change that I'm enjoying.
