Apologies if there's a few spelling mistakes in today's blogs but I'm shaking like a good un right now!!
Up at 7am and hit the Tarmac for my usual walk,the time come down from two days ago so that's something at least.
Got my PAS Phase three down the hatch then settled down to watch some Super 15 rugby.
Realising KO wasn't until 0830 I needed to fill up some time so upstairs I went to hit the weights. I've dropped 1kg off each dumbbell as it's been a while and to be honest,during the workout I wish I'd dropped more!!
But I stuck with it,completed my three sets with barbell and dumbells and almost collapsed in a heap on the bedroom floor!!
Today's brekkie is a toasted peanut butter bagel with my good ol favourite grapes!!
Lunch will be a banana and nuts as I'm on a stupid 1-10pm shift today. Mixed nuts for 3pm followed by two chicken breasts with salsa at 1730.
Snack around 8pm before I head home to watch a Metallica at Glastonbury on TV!!!!!
Hoping to get another walk in tomorrow morning before I start work at 7am......if not it will be after work in the evening.
